Getting your message across effectively is often
challenging. This course will give managers and leaders
the creative edge, more confidence and greater competence
in communication, especially for those times when it
really matters to you.
By the end of this course
you will be able to:
- Communicate with more skill and confidence to get
the results you want
- Translating otherwise hurtful ‘blame’ messages
into positive ‘needs’
- Achieve shared outcomes by making distinctions
between ‘needs’ and ‘strategies’
- Increase rapport as a context for effective communication
- Empathise, and express yourself honestly with confidence
and safety
